As

As birds fly south for winter

As summer breezes blow

As the sun sets in the west

As the tides quiet ebb and flow

As the road goes on forever

As leaves turn green to brown

As the full moon rises in the dusk

As stars shine brightly looking down

As I rise at dawn at the water’s edge

As my life draws near to thee

A hand to hold a gentle touch

Is all I ask for me
