Without Words

No more words to describe feelings or explain why we are all connected and why love and peace are the key to unlock a world where we can live without fear and walk together holding hands as one.

No more words to help the grieving, or to be concerned about a fish that cannot swim. No more words with cryptic meanings, and no more words about lonely nights. No more words about coolers of beer, cakes, and loved ones in hospitals.

No more words about a house, sunrises, and puppies. No more words about hotels and long distance love, or thoughts of passing by. No more words about where I live or what I like, no more words about you.

No more words about crying and wounded souls, or time standing still. No more words about headaches, rage, or the black dog of doom. No more words about dreams, old children, or being afraid.

No more, the fighter throws up his hands and surrenders. What happens next when there are no words to describe the reaction, the emotion, the love?

No more words about Morse code or how you give me what I need. No more words about his life, passion, or the roses on his desk. No more words describing the feeling of losing someone that you love and feeling their tears.

No more words about dying alone or liking it black and sweet. No more words saying good morning to you, or that my heart burns across the water. No more words about Baltimore, a Street, and portraits.

No more words about giving a damn, random thoughts, or being a writer. No more words about being nice, or because that’s that. No more thoughts for the day, decisions to make, or stories about mom.

If I'm done writing, these are but only a few words that will be no more.

Until we meet again a wish for you of happiness.

Turn off the phone, shut down the computer.

Close your eyes
