Have you ever cried when something makes you feel good or, when a friend calls just to say hello? When things feel like they are coming down all around someone does something nice to lift you up and a tear comes to your eye but you're happy not sad.
These are a few poems collectively called:
Happy Tears
I hope to always be
your sunrise on the water
and the birds that fly afar.
So that you may take my spirit
and light the morning sky
as you spread your wings and soar.
Cry happy tears
Clear your mind
Relax and feel your breath
Float silently and slow
Let the world escape you
Put your fears to rest
As you reach the next plateau
Light the way with love anew
Feel your soul become refreshed
Cry happy tears
Close your eyes as we begin
don’t speak or lose control.
Take my hand and forgive our sins,
feel love inside your soul.
Forgo your ears and hear your muted song
of passions fervor and intensity,
known only by the flames of past worlds gone,
brought together once again
to share eternal ecstasy.
Cry happy tears
I lost you once
Divinely now you come
From nowhere
To be one
To bring love
To bring power
To be the light
In my darkest hour
Cry happy tears
For love is all that is and all that will forever be.
